What is Parkour?
Parkour is a discipline of self-discovery and personal growth through movement, overcoming obstacles, and facing challenges.
In parkour, we embrace the philosophy of being strong to be useful, and we prioritise community and teamwork by sharing, supporting, and helping each other grow through challenges.
Through parkour, children learn to explore their environment and express themselves through their own movement and abilities.

For You
The Camp Structure
Each day of the camp will be unique and divided into engaging sections.
We’ll start with a fun warm-up followed by a teamwork game to help the kids get to know each other and begin building camaraderie.
Next, we’ll move into our first technical station, where they’ll learn specific parkour movements in a focused and supportive environment.
After a 10–15 minute break, we’ll jump into a new challenge designed to test their creativity and apply what they’ve learned.
In the final part of the session, we’ll run a second technical station covering a different set of skills and movements, followed by a fun closing game to end the day on a high note.

Meet Our Instructor
Hi, I’m Arturo — a Level 2 qualified Parkour coach with over 15 years of experience in the discipline and more than 8 years of coaching children of all ages.
Movement has always been my biggest passion, and I believe in the power of using the body to become capable, helpful, and resilient. For me, movement isn’t just physical — it’s a path to personal growth and self-discovery.
I’m committed to teaching kids not just how to move, but how to grow through movement. I focus on sharing the core values of parkour: respect, community and Teamwork.
